To facilitate this, we offer a straightforward exchange policy. If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, you can do so within 48 hours or receiving your order excluding weekends & Holidays
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy allows you to do this easily within a specific time frame. If you wish to cancel your order:
- Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible via email or phone.
- Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation, we will confirm your order cancellation and process a refund if applicable.
If your order is already processed or dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation. In such cases, we encourage you to reference our return policy once you receive the item.
Return & Refund Policy:

- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order so that you will get the refund in 15 to 20 days after refunding.
- Condition: The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags and any included accessories.
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to receive further instructions.
- Return Shipping: After the return is approved, securely package the item and ship it back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
