Exchange policy:

We want you to love your wristwear, but we understand that sometimes, a beautiful watch may not be the perfect fit for your style or needs. To facilitate this, we offer a straightforward exchange policy. If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, you can do so within 48 hours or receiving your order excluding weekends & Holidays

Cancellation Policy: 

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy allows you to do this easily within a specific time frame. If you wish to cancel your order:

  1. Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  2. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible via email or phone.
  3. Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation, we will confirm your order cancellation and process a refund if applicable.

If your order is already processed or dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation. In such cases, we encourage you to reference our return policy once you receive the item.

Return & Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy allows you to return your watch for a full refund. To initiate a return:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order so that you will get the refund in 15 to 20 days after refunding.
  2. Condition: The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags and any included accessories.
  3. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to receive further instructions.
  4. Return Shipping: After the return is approved, securely package the item and ship it back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Processing Time: Orders typically process within 1-3 business days depending on the availability of your chosen watch.
  2. Shipping Methods: We use trusted shipping partners to ensure your watch reaches you safely. Delivery options may vary, including standard and express shipping.

    1. Within UAE: Aed25
    • Western region: Aed35
  4. Delivery Timeframes:
    • Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking Information: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your order’s journey.
